1.1 Compensation Structure

• Commission-Only Role
• $50 USD per successful enrolment
• Performance Incentives for every candidate who gets placed in a job through the academy
• No fixed salary
• Weekly payouts: Incentives are paid every Monday for enrolments completed in the previous week.

1.2 Work Schedule

 All reps must work strictly within the following outbound calling windows:

• 1900 hrs IST – 2300 hrs IST (US daytime hours)
• 0400 hrs IST – 0630 hrs IST (Early morning US slots)

Consistency in these hours is mandatory for active deployment. 

1.3 Work Requirements

• Work from Home
• Laptop/Desktop with webcam
• Stable Wi-Fi connection
• Quiet environment for calling
• Strong English communication
• Ability to follow scripts, call-flow, rebuttals, and CRM updates

1.4 Role Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based leads
• Follow Quemahtech’s six-step call structure and approved scripts
• Qualify, pitch, handle objections, and close enrolments
• Maintain professionalism and compliance
• Attend internal reviews and quality checks
• Protect customer and company data at all times

Mandatory Acceptance

2.1 Confidential Information

You acknowledge that as part of this role, you may receive access to:

• Lead databases and contact details
• Internal scripts, frameworks, rebuttal sheets, and training content
• CRM data, performance records, sales strategies
• Process documents, proprietary material, and business information of Quemahtech or its clients

All such information is classified as Confidential Information. 

2.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations

You agree that you shall NOT, under any circumstances:

• Share, copy, forward, or disclose any confidential material
• Use company data or leads outside approved calling hours
• Store, download, or replicate internal scripts or databases for non-official purposes
• Share enrolment strategies, rebuttals, call flows, or internal communication with third parties
• Use Quiemahtech’s or its client’s data for personal gain, external employment, or competing activities

All information remains the exclusive intellectual property of Quemahtech Private Limited. 

2.3 Data Protection

You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all lead data and customer information
• Use secured devices & networks while working
• Not engage in call-recording, screen-recording, or content-sharing without written approval
• Delete all documents immediately upon cessation of the role

2.4 Non-Circumvention

You agree not to:

• Approach Quemahtech’s clients, partners, or vendors independently
• Sell, distribute, or offer services similar to Quemahtech’s processes to leads or contacts gained through the company
• Divert potential students or prospects outside the company’s enrolment system

2.5 Breach & Penalties

Any violation of NDA or confidentiality terms may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Permanent blacklisting
• Legal action under applicable Indian IT & contractual law
• Recovery of damages resulting from breach

3.1 Agreement and Acknowledgement 

By submitting this form and sending your documents, you declare that:

• All details provided are accurate and genuine.
• You understand and accept that this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.
• You agree to the mandatory calling hours.
• You accept the NDA, confidentiality, and non-circumvention clauses in full.
• You authorize Quemahtech to verify the documents submitted.
